Fuck, I'm watching the news right now, and they said they're going to raise the minimum payment for your credit cards.
I thinks that's bullshit especially its right after the holiday season when most people use their credit cards on gifts. Now, that doesn't matter to me since I didn't use my credit card during the holidays, but that fuckin blows that the minimum payment might be twice than usual required minimum. How the hell is that suppose to help pay off your debt when it'll increase the whole in your wallet?
Then the news is explaining how you should cut down on costs, like your cell phone bill and your daily cup of coffee. Man, fuck that shit, some of us can't afford gas all that much cuz its so expensive and that's something out of our control cuz of the damn war.
I swear this economy is so fucked up now.

Merry Christmas everyone!
Hope you all had a great Christmas weekend.
As for me, it was okay. It was mostly chill and quiet. But overall, it was good.
I got off work early on Friday at noon and received an early Christmas gift, in which I found out our receptionist at work is quitting. Why the good news?? I wont get much into detail, but I'll use one example and you can fill in the blanks from there.
There was one time I called John John on his cell phone about something, but I needed an answer as soon as possible. I called him around 11 so I knew he'd get my message around noon when he went on lunch. So I sat at my desk the entire time after 12 waiting for his call. Usually, John John is pretty good about getting back to people, but I never got one. So later on, I find out that John John did in fact call me. Apparently, he called the front desk around 12:30, but the lazy ass receptionist didn't transfer the call to me, and instead told him that I was out to lunch. Hello, bitch?? Are you my fuckin secretary? Do you know my freakin schedule??
So, although there are maybe like two people at work who will probably miss her in the entire theater (I'm not going to mention names), the rest of us can be a lot more happier working. She's made life a living hell at work, especially to Karen. She's given no respect to Karen as her boss. She may look cute to some guys that want to get in her pants, but fuck that you desperate idiots.
And frankly, I don't care if you idiots are reading this blog anyway. You know who you are.
So to our receptionist, in the words of Brandon Boyd of Incubus, "GOOOOODBYE!!!! NICE TO KNOW YOU!!" HAHAHA!!
Friday, we all headed to Jovan's and Jay's for our annual Christmas party. Great food and great times. Best dish: that one chicken that Chris brought. Damn that was good!! Scene It was awesome, though it took freakin forever. Best laugh of the night was the "Stupid and Stupider" incident. 30 people standing up and yelling out the answer! Freakin awesome! I also got to play mafia for the first time. My acting skills paid off, haha!
We had our white elephant gift exchange and I ended up with a package of 10 beers from around the world. Karen ended up with the gift she brought - R. Kelly's Trapped in the Closet DVD. Word of advice: teaming up with a friend to develop a strategy of stealing gifts so you both can have what you want never works. Just ask Jovan. But the night was just awesome.
The next day, I drove Karen to the airport so she could meet up with her parents at the airport. I dropped by to visit Kristine and my sisters family to drop off gifts. Later in the night I drove to Oxnard and got home pretty early, thinking we were going to midnight mass. Instead, I came home and found my parents knocked out on the couch, and soon enough, they went to their rooms and knocked out. So much of family time.
Overall, Christmas was okay, but it didn't really hit me. Probably cuz I've been sick the past few weeks and also, it hasn't been cold really. Usually, I'm excited to see family and spending time with them, but on the way home, I couldn't stop thinking of others that wouldn't be celebrating Christmas with their families. For one, I was thinking of Allan Espiritu's families, both his own family, as well as his own kids. Still bums me out a bit.
Plus we didn't get to open our presents till 10:30 at night. My parents were busy all day cooking and I guess they were just burnt out in the afternoon. I got a PSP from Karen (my girlfriend is the best), cologne, clothes, cash, and a grip of Best Buy cards! Can't go wrong with Best buy cards. I think I have about $135 saved up from last year. Hmmm...maybe I should get a new Ipod.
Shopping wasn't all that great either. The mall in Ventura sucks major donkey balls. They don't even have an American Eagle or a Banana Republic there. They do have a sorry ass Gap store, and an Abercrombie store, but nothing great. Just picked up a tie for a wedding I'm going to in January at Macy's.
However, I got to see some friends again in Oxnard. I got to see Romeo, Ram, and Resty in a matter of hours. It was pretty fun, haven't seen those guys in awhile. Esp Resty, I don't think I've seen him in over 2 years. In fact, I still had his Christmas gift a few years back which I gave him yesterday. Haha!
Anyhow, Christmas was okay, but it could've been better. I think it was fun with all the hype and preparation for other people's gifts. But when it came down to my own Christmas, it was a lil weak. Of course, its always fun with my parents, and I never take that for granted. It just wasn't all that great, since my sister didn't come up with her family. Oh well, next time.
But I gotta enjoy the empty freeways going to work and the empty parking lot. Gotta enjoy it while it lasts. I get off Friday at noon, and off on Monday, but yet no official New Years plans. Hopefully that'll change.

I woke up this morning shocked about two things...
The first, I turned on the t.v. and saw the Colts loose to the Chargers. Wow, I thought they would go all the way this year undefeated. Sorry Lou and Belle. But don't worry, they'll still kick butt this year.
The second, is a lot more serious. I came across one of my friends myspace accounts to find out that one of my high school friends was killed in Iraq in November. His name was Allan Espiritu and he was Corpsmen for the Marines, which I guess is similar to a medic. He was killed by an explosive inside his Humvee. I'm still shock of the news. I haven't seen Allan in almost 10 years, probably since I was back at Oxnard College. Allan was a nice person. He sat in back of me Freshmen year in Alegebra and we sometimes helped each other out with our math problems. I remembered one time, I was walking home Freshmen year and he was about to get ready for football practice. I remembered him yelling, 'Joesan!' I turned and I was all, 'Hey, wassup Allan?' And he actually took time to walk over to me, in full football pads, and we just talked a little. Asked how things were, how I did on the last Algebra test. I thought it was pretty cool that he'd actually stop and walk over, I guess because since he was a football player and I always assumed jocks were too cool enough to talk to the non-jocks. But it was something that just stuck in my head about him. Hehe, on a side note, I actually had my first 'kiss' with his ex-wife back when we both were living in Guam. I think we were both 3 years old at the time...haha. Anyhow, rest in peace Allan. You fought for our country, and died a hero.
On to more happier news...
I went to the Kings/Ducks game at the Pond Friday night, and the Kings won 4-3 in a shootout! It was so awesome!! I had two extra tickets that I tried desperately to give away, but couldn't. Our seats were dope...check out the pics. The Kings went up 2-0, but I knew they weren't going to keep the lead. Anaheim actually took the lead 3-2 until rookie Petr Kanko scored his first goal and tied the game 3-3. The Kings almost won with 30 seconds left, when Pavol Demitra went in on a breakaway, deked out J.S. Giguere and hit the post. The game went to a shoot out, and both Demitra and Alexander Frolov scored on their attemps while Kings goalie Mathieu Garon stopped Teemu Selanne and Scott Niedermeyer on their bids. It was awesome!! The crowd was going nuts!! Karen was a little bit nervous cuz we were going into enemy territory, but I told her not to worry cuz there are always a lot of Kings fans that go to the Pond when they battle each other. When we got to the parking lot, we noticed a bunch of Kings fans wearing their jerseys. At the game, it seemed like 60 percent were Ducks fans and 40 percent Kings fans.
Its a little sad that Anaheim can't even fill their arena with a good amount of fans, but i guess since the kings have been around since 1967 and the Ducks only since 1993, there are going to be a lot of loyal Kings fans around. Its funny though, cuz at Staples, there's barely any Duck fans around. On Friday's game, most of our section were Kings fans. So we got the perfect seats!
Afterwards, we headed over to Jay and Jovan's for the tree decoration. The guys taught me how to play a little bit of Warcraft, which still confuses me. I dunno if I'll ever get the hang of it. The tree looks awesome, though I know making the garland of popcorn was a pain. Can't wait for Friday!!
Saturday and today, I did most of my Christmas shopping. I just have a couple of people left, then I'm done. I headed over to Best Buy yesterday around 5:00 and found a line of people waiting for more releases of the XBOX 360 on Sunday. I talked to my friend Kirk who was working, and he said they were there at 6 am. Pretty crazy!
As for my bronchitis, I'm still coughing but it seems to be fading away. Hopefully I'll feel better by Christmas. Just sucks that its taking so long to go away.
And on a final note before hitting the sack...I just booked our Tahoe cabin for MLK!!! Just going to wait for the confirmation email tomorrow! Whoo hoo!!

Okay I haven't posted in awhile. Partly is because I'm still sick and I don't like being in front of the computer long. I went back to the doctor today and I she finally diagnosed me with bronchitis. I threw up last night after the holiday staff party. Wasn't good. So I got new antibiotics and hopefully by the weekend I'll feel a lot better.
Being sick has bummed me out for the holidays. I'm so far behind in work, I haven't done any Christmas shopping, haven't researched for our Tahoe trip, haven't played hockey in almost a month, etc, etc. Being sick hasn't really put me in the holiday mood just yet. Hopefully that'll change. Still gotta go to Disneyland too!! Anyone wanna come along with Karen and me?
Had a pretty good weekend. Karen and I watched Love Actually on Friday. I love that movie, I think its my favorite chick flick. And plus, its a pretty good holiday flick too. I think it was one of the first movies I watched with Karen, so its always good to watch it with her.
Saturday I went to Staples with Ry and watched the Clips vs. Suns game. Clips won that night, and afterwards they had a celebrity basketball game. Check out the pics. It was cool, celebs like Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, Matt Lillard, Donald Fasion from Scrubs, James Lesure from Las Vegas, Tyrese Gibson, and Frankie Muniz particpated. Hugh Hefner and some Playboy models also showed up. It was some Charity Event that Mark Whalberg was putting on.
Sunday, Karen took me out on a date, and we watched The Chronicles of Narnia. It was really really good! I was suprised I liked it more than I would. Good call Karen! It's not your typical kids movie, I think anyone who watch it would really like it. I'd probably go out and watch it again.
I guess in a way I'm a lil sad cuz I miss my dog, Wickett.
She passed away just before Thanksgiving last year at the age of 14. I had her since I was a sophomore in high school, and its still a lil weird going home to Oxnard and she's not there. She would've turned 15 on Saturday. I miss her a lot. She's a Lhasa Apso, and is such a Tomboy. She burps, farts, snores, etc. I'll always remember the last few moments I had with her.
Well, my mom was taking her to the vet frequently last year. She had an infection in her foot and she was lymping for a few months. The vet also found lumps in her stomach. I went home right before my birthday last year to visit her and she wasn't looking too good. But she was really happy to see me. I was hoping she'd last throughout the holidays last year, but she didn't. Right before Thanksgiving last year, my mom wanted me to come home because she was suffering and it didn't seem like she can last. But I couldn't come home for some reason. A few days later, my mom took her to the vet, and he said that it was time to put her to sleep because there was nothing else to be done. I know my mom was really sad. She told me if she could see Wickett one last time before she had to go. So the the vet brought her out, my mom gave her a kiss and told her that she loved her, to be at peace, and said goodbye. My mom left her there, and we never saw her again.
Okay...seriously, tears are streaming down my face...On to happier things...
Oh by the way, I fuckin hate cats!

Being sick has bummed me out for the holidays. So I called in sick today from work. Well not actually called in, since I went to work for an hour to work on some sales reports. But I went home and just knocked most of the day. I went to the doctor, and had some good news. I don't have bronchitis (well, she didn't mention I had any), but more of just the common cough associated with the flu bug that's around. So that's good news. However, I do have a fever at 100 degrees. So I guess I'll be sleeping, laying down, and drinking a lot of gatorade. I got my antibiotics, so hopefully I'll start to feel better soon.
I'm probably not going to go to work also I've arranged with my coworker for him to run the sales reports tomorrow morning. I just hope he doesn't call for questions, cuz I know I'll be knocked out.

Had a good weekend, but of course not long enough like all weekends.
Good times on Friday, celebrating Joe's birthday. Happy Birthday roommie, although you didn't drink the Jack and Coke I bought you. Its all good!
Had a fun day with Cicely and Ryan on Saturday, spending almost the entire day in L.A. We went to Ski Dazzle (my second trip in two days), and it was really fun. As posted in Cicely's blog, Ryan and I showed how much troublemakers we are when we hang out. I think that was probably the highlight of the weekend. The only thing that probably would've made it perfect is if UCLA would've beaten USC, but we all know that wasn't going to happen. Last night around 9:45, I was craving a delicious Fatburger with cheese, egg, and bacon, so I called in my order, picked it up down the street, headed back home, and to find my burger had just that...cheese, egg, and bacon. They fuckin forgot the lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo, mustard, ketchup and whatever else to put in it! What the hell dude?? I paid over $9 for that combo, and shit, my burger was not even half of what it was suppose to be! And I couldn't go back cuz they closed at 10pm. Just being that disappointed, I lost my appetite. I hate it when that happens!
Have any of you seen the Trapped in the Closet episodes by R. Kelly? I've heard Kevin and Bean knocking on it in the mornings and Cicely told me it was on late last night. So along with Karen, we were watching it and discussing it thru AIMS last night, and man is it ever so awful! So awful that its yet, hilarious and entertaining. I really can't believe this sellout freakin made this piece of crap! Its almost as bad as RENT. No actually, I like it better since its actually entertaining. But anyhow, it was so bad, I had to download the entire thing.
Today was our last game of the season for softball. It was fun, though of course we lost. Joe and Jevon got to sub in for a couple of players, and they played great. But it didn't hit me until the end that it would be our final game, and that we probably might not be seeing all of each other that often. And that made me a little sad. For me, playing softball on Sundays was a time to hang out with your closest friends and just to have good old fun for a few hours, win or loose. So I always looked forward to Sundays cuz of that. And if we do all play again next season, it wont be until January or so. And that is a big IF, cuz we have to find a league where the skill is comparable to ours. I was talking to Ryan, and it seemed like we probably wont see all of us together until the annual Christmas party, which is on the 23rd. Okay, I'm overreacting...
Just got home from dinner with Belle, Cici, Lou, Ryan, Joe, Jevon, and Karen. I'm getting hungry already.

Had a fun day with Cicely and Ryan on Saturday, spending almost the entire day in L.A. We went to Ski Dazzle (my second trip in two days), and it was really fun. As posted in Cicely's blog, Ryan and I showed how much troublemakers we are when we hang out. I think that was probably the highlight of the weekend. The only thing that probably would've made it perfect is if UCLA would've beaten USC, but we all know that wasn't going to happen. Okay...haven't posted in awhile...
Been pretty busy the past couple of weeks. Celebrated Belle and Cici's birthday at Medieval Times and Broomballing afterwards. Sucks that it ended in a 6-6 tie, but I'll take it cuz the blue (better) team tied it with Cicely's goal with just a few minutes left. So she gets my vote for the number 1 star of the game. Come to think of it, it would've been cool if they had the time up on the scoreboard so we can see what the score was and how much time we had left. Oh well.
The day after, we played our softball game, losing 19-13. Seriously, even though we haven't won a game, its amazing how much we've improved since day 1 of practice. Afterwards, we had our Thanksgiving fiesta with the crew at Belle and Cici's house. My freakin prime rib took forever to cook. I should've bought one smaller. So I got fed up and served most of it medium rare. And it sucked cuz it didn't finish till everyone was done eating dinner. So I dont think anyone really tasted it. Oh well, all good tho! Nothing but fun times that night.

I had a pretty good Thanksgiving weekend with the familia. My sister came up to Oxnard with her family. Its pretty rare we get to spend the holidays together, especially with my sister and her 4 kids. But it was fun, had plenty of food. Karen also came up with me, which was our first Thanksgiving together. Funny how we ate most of the leftovers in two days. It was pretty cool watching Office Space and Anchorman, and seeing my parents crack up constantly during both movies. Good Times!
This year, I actually took advantage of Black Friday. Karen and I woke up at 4:30 am and headed to the local Best Buy. When we arrived, the line was wrapped around the building, ending at the loading dock in the back. I forgot that the next nearest Best Buy was in Thousand Oaks, which is about another 20 miles south. Unlike where I live in Irvine, there's about 5 within 20 minutes from me. So the crowd was huge!
We supringly got in right away. I managed to get a few DVD's that were cheap(Happy Gilmore, Billy Madison, and Anchorman). Afterwards, we headed across the freeway to Sport Chalet where Karen bought new Burton snowboarding pants for only $60. Later that day, we went to Target and got more DVD's. Karen completed her Harry Potter collection ($6 each) and bought the Family Guy Season 3 set ($18) and Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story ($9). Karen and I also bought two Scene It DVD games. She got the Scene It Movie Edition (and freakin wooped my butt in it) and I got Scene It Sports Edition.
My dad also took Karen and me to the Navy Exchange. They had a 25% off sale on all Nike's so I picked up a pair Air Force I's for only $45, no tax!
We also attmepted to hit the outlets afterwards but couldn't find parking. So we booked it for home.
Funny, all the shopping I did was for myself, none for Christmas shopping. Not to mention I bought a new suit last week for a wedding in January.
Crap, I'm starting to feel sick. I hope I don't get too bad. Ski Dazzle is this week!! Must continue shopping!!

After getting shut down last week 7-0, we won our hockey game last night 3-1. We played against another team that should be in our division, but the problem is that they couldn't skate. They were flopping everywhere. It was a penalty filled game, where the refs were calling a bunch of dumb penalties. I even picked up 2 minutes for slashing this dude, and I barely touched the guy. Our goalie covered the puck, the whistle blew, and this dude still jabbed at our goalie. I didn't really like that, so I just tapped him on his shin and said to stay the fuck away from my goalie. We were toe to toe for a bit, then the refs separated us and I went to the penalty box for that. What kind of bullshit is that?
Oh well, I picked up an assist on a 2 on 1 break. I burned two guys in our own end, and skated in. I faked the defender as if I was going to shoot, and went he dropped down to defend me, i flipped the puck over his stick to my teammate and he one-timed it in. It was like Gretzky to Jari Kurri all over again.
So now I have two points for the season, one goal and one assist. Of course I wished I had more, but hopefully next season will be better. Last night's point goes out to Belle, celebrating her birthday tomorrow. Happy Birthday Belle!

One thing that's been really bugging me is how fake people are, especially at my work. Of course, working at the Orange County Performing Arts Center, there's drama all around. I'm sick of people claiming that they're some, "Broadway Star from New York" or even stupid shit like they're from another country or state. Give it up! Until you actually have a contract and have an agent, or if you actually lived in that place you claim to be from, keep that shit to yourself. It's freakin annoying.

Had a busy weekend. Went to Pinks to grub on some hot dogs and chili nacho cheese fries. Then watched Bobby rock people's socks off with his band. Granted, the musicians were dope, the singer...ehhh.
Saturday, Karen and I went to the Kings/Predators game. It was an awesome game! Check out the pictures! The Kings were down 2-0, then they scored 2 goals in the 3rd to force overtime and a shootout. Pavol Demitra and Jeremy Roenick scored both goals, and Jason LaBarbera stopped 2 shots, which resulted in the Kings victory. The suite was awesome! This would be my 2nd time in a suite, the first at Anaheim Stadium with Ryan. Food, beer, desserts, snacks...all free!! The only thing I paid for that day...$5 parking off of Francisco Street. I already wanna go back!
Our softball game was a lot better on Sunday. Tho we lost, it was cool that we scored 8 runs and went past the 5th inning! We're improving! Then it was off to Oxnard to help my dad fix my brakes, which we didn't finish. So I had to trade cars again for the week.

Awww yeah...check this out!!
We finally won our hockey game! No not this time by forfeit, but by 45 minutes of hard work and grinding. We played another team that is sort of at our level of play. Not like other teams that shouldn't even be in our division. But it was a good win. I scored another goal on a breakaway after I stole the puck away from a defensemen, then shot between the goalies pads. I wanted to roof the shot, but I had the defensemen closing in on me. I freakin missed an open net too in the opening period, but got my chance again and didn't miss.
So this goal is dedicated to both Karen, for witnessing her first goal I've scored, and to Kristine for watching her first hockey game ever. Thanks for coming out!
Looking forward to the weekend. Going out to watch Bobby's band tonight. Tomorrow, I scored some free Kings VIP Suite tickets at the Staples Center from work (courtesy of the L.A. Times), a baptism afterwards, softball on Sunday, and stopping by Oxnard to get my brakes fixed (Boo!)

Wow, this year's birthday wasn't too bad afterall. My department took me out to lunch at Z-Tejas. And I got a lifetime service to Tivo from Karen, Joe, Tommy, and a few of my fellow co workers. Thank you everyone for the gift. It's freaking awesome. Although I didnt set it up correctly and missed my first two recordings (ucla's comeback win against Stanford, and the Kings/Blues game), its by far a freakin awesome machine. I'll have to buy a wireless adapter for it sometime this week.
Friday night was pretty chill. I was going to throw something like at Dave & Busters, but it seemed everyone had plans. And plus, I was lazy. I don't like planning for these things. So instead, I just had some pizza, two of my 'sisters' came over, Chelsea and Kristine. We watched Anchorman, and Joe got me pretty faded with some Jaeger shots. Thanks Joe!
Again, thanks for making my birthday very memorable. Though I didn't do much, I couldn't ask for anything more or better!
Its always fun to get together with the family for a few hours, and that's what I did on Saturday for lunch. I also found out my sister and her family will be at our parents for Thanksgiving. So that's something I'm really looking forward to.
The rest of the day, Tommy, Jevon, Joe, Glenn, Jay, Lou, Ryan, Karen, and I helped Cicely and Belle move in to their new apartment. It sucked that they didn't have electricity, though having dinner a Noodle Planet, and just bonding in their living room lit with candles was so fun. Little moments like this is priceless and just creates memories with one another. Its always fun when we all get together as a group. Nothing but a bunch of laughs and good times.
Today's softball game was the fastest ever. 45 minutes! Of course we lost, but we all played great. We didn't have as much people there which wasn't as fun, but still had a good time. Hopefully next week, we'll have some regulars back. And welcome back Jon Almero, first game of the season!

I scored my first goal in almost 3 years last night in a loosing effort, 6-2. It came off of the the slowest slap shots you'll ever see. So slow, that it surprised the goalie and went in between his pads. Oh well, I'll take it. Though we lost, I felt we all played great. I'm slowly getting back to my normal self, but still not 100%. I think we could've won the game if we had more players. I think in the end, we all just got tired. I have a sore back to prove it.

Man, there a some concerts that I wanna go to.
The first is Depeche Mode's concert in November in Anaheim. My co worker has connections there, so there might be a chance I can watch for free. I saw Depeche live back in 1990 during the Violator Tour at Dodger Stadium. That was my first concert ever. I'm just a little curious how they are now live. In 2000, they were voted as KROQ's greatest band of all time by the fans.
The 2nd concert is Kanye West's concert at UCI. I've never been to a Hip Hop concert, and I figured this might be a good chance to see a legit rapper. Hip hop nowadays just isn't the same as it was before. But I like Kanye's style so I might check it out.
The third concert is 311's concert that just went on sale this weekend at the Wiltern. I'm not much of a 311 fan, but I've recently listened to their Greatest Hits album and I like it. I've heard their first album back in 95, but haven't really kept up with them. But their style is pretty cool. A little bit of reggae, ska, rock, and hip hop.

Sunday, woke up to shop for cleats that I never bought again, showed up 5 minutes late to my 1st of 2 softball games, which ended in a forfeit. So yes, we won our first game! By forfeit! Of course, we got blown out 15-0 during the 2nd game.
Do I care that we lost?? Hell no. I love showing up seeing my friends and just having plain simple fun. Its sad that some people don't see it that way.
Funny...this is the 2nd game this week in which my team has won by forfeit (we won our hockey game on Wednesday cuz the other team didn't pay their dues on time).

Someone swiped my BofA card and wiped out my entire checking account. I found out when we went to National's for lunch after our softball games and my card got declined. So I came home to find out that about $1500 used in transactions.
Can you fuckin believe that? I dont think I even had $1500 in my account! My savings might've covered for the overdraft.
This person spent a lot too. Almost $800 at Sears, $300 at Victoria's Secret (fucker couldn't settle for Hanes), filled up gas twice at Shell (fucker couldn't use Arco?), so that was about $90. Bought some shit at Rite Aid.
Completely wiped out! I called BofA and I'll get my money back tomorrow since it was all pending transactions. I have to wait till they actually go through. Friday, I decided to go to the Mai Tai Bar in Long Beach to celebrate Theda's birthday. It was pretty fun, had some drinks, kicked it with some friends. Had Roscoe's afterwards...2nd trip two weeks. It was fun until...(continued in the next few paragraphs)
Saturday, went home to Oxnard to see the folks. Enjoyed some home cooked food, shopped for some cleats for softball that I never bought, and headed back to Irvine.
Sunday, woke up to shop for cleats that I never bought again, showed up 5 minutes late to my 1st of 2 softball games, which ended in a forfeit. So yes, we won our first game! By forfeit! Of course, we got blown out 15-0 during the 2nd game.
Do I care that we lost?? Hell no. I love showing up seeing my friends and just having plain simple fun. Its sad that some people don't see it that way.
Funny...this is the 2nd game this week in which my team has won by forfeit (we won our hockey game on Wednesday cuz the other team didn't pay their dues on time).

Someone swiped my BofA card and wiped out my entire checking account. I found out when we went to National's for lunch after our softball games and my card got declined. So I came home to find out that about $1500 used in transactions.
Can you fuckin believe that? I dont think I even had $1500 in my account! My savings might've covered for the overdraft.
This person spent a lot too. Almost $800 at Sears, $300 at Victoria's Secret (fucker couldn't settle for Hanes), filled up gas twice at Shell (fucker couldn't use Arco?), so that was about $90. Bought some shit at Rite Aid.
Completely wiped out! I called BofA and I'll get my money back tomorrow since it was all pending transactions. I have to wait till they actually go through. I'm in Oxnard today with the family. Just having a nice relaxing day here. I haven't seen my folks in almost two months. I finally gave them their souveneirs from Chicago.
Left Irvine around 10:30 and I hit traffic near LAX. Its been foggy all day, so I decided to take PCH all the way up from the 10 freeway, since I didn't think a lot of people would be hitting the beach this morning. It was a nice smooth drive. Although there was this house on sale that was painted in a pastel combination of purple, yellow, white, and pink.
Gee I wonder why its on sale? And how much is that ugly thing going for??

Just had an interesting thought from last night's episode of E.R.
Dr. Pratt and his lady started arguing about his dad outside this lounge. He started yelling, she started yelling. And then all of a sudden they start making out. And I'm not talking about little kisses, and I'm talking devouring and eating the hell out of each other. Then they ended at one's apartment and they began to start knockin boots.
Its kinda odd, but I don't think I'd fight with a girl and then ended up just freaking trying to swallow each other whole. I'd be like 'fuck you bitch! you're walking home!'
But, you must be one horny bastard to actually get in a fight with your lady then start slobbering each other.

Oh man, I have a week to renew my drivers license. And its not that I have to just sign the renewal form, pay the fee, and mail it in. I have to actually go in to the DMV and take a new picture. I guess that's okay cuz my picture and info is out dated. I think I was 17 when I took mine. And my height and weight isn't 5' 4" 115 lbs, respectively.
Come to think of it, that's almost a girl's height and weight. How gay is that?

Wow, it freakin rained. First storm of the season. It didn't rain too much, but it was pretty crazy watching Lost with thunder and lighting flashing in the background. Hope there is more rain to come.
More rain = snow = calling in sick = snowboarding = having a blast!
Freak, I bought this DVD shelf from Ikea like over a year ago. And I've yet to put it up. One of the reasons was because I needed to buy a drill, and at the time, I didn't wanna buy one, and was too lazy to borrow one. Well, after moving I finally have the opportunity to do so. I bought a drill, and some new bits and drivers. Now I can put up the shelf and mount it to my wall right??
Not quite...the shelf didn't come with screws to mount them to the wall since every person has a different wall. So...Tommy has these screws with the anchors, but after drilling two holes, stickin the anchors in, I find out that the screws are too small.
So, today after work, I go to Ace Hardware, and not knowing what size I might need, I buy two sets of screws with anchors (like $3 total). I come home, and find out that I don't have the right size drill bit to drill the right hole size for the anchor to fit.
What the fuck dude?? All I want to do is hang this DVD shelf so I can put all my DVD's and games in there. I've spent so much time and effort on this stupid thing, and then I find out the drill bit size is too small for the hole. Frustrating!!
Oh well...
We lost our softball game again yesterday, 15-1. It wasn't as fun as last week, I guess since our opponents were a little bit more of cocky jerks than last week. Oh well, whatever. I was actually more pissed off that me and Jemm got shuffled around to positions we weren't comfortable with. Before the game, we spent over an hour at our normal positions (me at Shortstop, Jem and 3rd), and we both were doing good. So what happens when we get switched?? We mishandle everything during the game. I blame myself cuz I think I could've played better, but I thought that was a bone-head move by our bone-head manager.
Oh well, next week we have a double header, so hopefully we can actually win one of them.
Overall, the weekend was almost perfect. UCLA won, Michigan won (friggin about time), the Angels lost, the Kings won, I won my fantasy football and hockey games, but shit....USC had to freakin win with 3 seconds left. WTF??

It's official...
I'm addicted to LOST. That show is freakin awesome. I know, I'm late, but man the thing so addicting!
I bought Karen the DVD set of the first season, and we've been watching about 2 episodes a night. We have two more discs to go (eight episodes) so we'll be caught up by the weekend hopefully. And hopefully, we'll be caught up by Wednesday with the new episodes. We've just discovered Sawyer's past. Pretty interesting.
Note to self: give Joe a DVD-R to burn new episodes.
I don't think I've been this involved with a TV series since 2000 when I'd be watching Friends, New York Undercover, and ER on Thursday nights. I think that's the only night I'd watch TV. But thanks to Karen, and also my roommates, I've been watching more TV than usual. I don't have a set schedule on what to watch on what days. But as of now, its The Office and Law & Order SVU on Tuesdays and Joey and ER on Thursdays. Its cool cuz I get to do my ER discussion with Kristine. I don't really know who else to discuss and analyze ER with, but its cool. I would be watching Lost in between days, but I'll be caught up soon and will have nothing to watch.
Well, I could start on my ER Season 2 DVD set which I bought from Target last week for only $19.00 Not too shabby. I'm not sure if I've finished Season 1 yet. But I've seen them anyway.
Oh by the way if you are an ER fan reading this before 8:00 pm Friday, October 14, 2005, ER Season 1 DVD's are on sale at Fry's for only $14. Speaking of ER, I think its going downhill now. So far, this season is tanking. It's not as entertaining. I think they're trying too hard, trying to find new fill-ins like Danny Glover, that nasty chick from 3rd Rock, and John Leguizamo. The hightlight so far was seeing Nila in her skimpy nurse outfit, posing for Gallant. I think its time to close down the ER soon. There's no way Morris is gonna run that ER successfully.
Crap, we have free HBO for two months. Since I switched my account over from Greenmoor to here, the customer service dude offered it to me for free. I think I'm going to be a couch potato pretty soon.

So the whole softball/hockey thing...
Yeah from a competitive perspective, we'll probably be losing all of games this season. For both sports, they put us in a more competitive division. So in a way that sucks. But it's still a lot of fun.
We had our first softball game this past weekend. We played a team that has been playing for 10 years. I don't even know what the score was because we lost by the mercy rule. Shoot, by the time it was the 5th inning, we needed 8 runs just to be withing the mercy rule. But we lost...a billion cagillion to 4. Lou Lavarro hit a 3 run homer. That was our highlight of the day. But I'll admit, it was a lot of fun. I don't remember seeing a team getting blown out that much, and then end up laughing and smiling in the end.
Hockey...is slightly different. I think all but 2 of us haven't played hockey in two or three years. So we're all out of shape. We've lost 8-1 and 6-1. The first game was bunch of laughs. Last night's game, was a little more frustrating. But what do u expect, we're out of shape, have no chemistry, and we're in a division where the skill is more advanced than its suppose to be.
No goals or assists so far. Just 2 penalty minutes for holding. I blew an open net the first game, and blasted a slap shot just wide on the left side. Hopefully, next week we'll make some progress and score 2 goals.

Oh man, I just saw my first Christmas commercial this season on T.V. a couple of days ago. I think it was a commercial for Carnival Cruises. They had the Christmas lights, snow, and everything.

Okay, its been a while since I've updated this sucker. A lot has happened, so lets see how much I remember to cover...
First things first, after 2 years at Greenmoor, and 5 years living with certain people, I have finally moved out. How do I feel? FREAKIN HAPPY!! My roommates are freakin awesome! Probably one of the best things about it...no more cats!!! No more fur on my couches and tables! No more fur I'd have to pick off of my food and throw away! (Gross huh?) and I can finally leave my door open and not worry about them walking in my room. The best thing, rent is finally fair. I don't have to worry about covering for people that refuse to pay or couldn't afford their share of rent. I still don't understand it...I worked part time hours with a lower pay and I was still able to afford paying rent for my own room.
Is there anything I would change? Well during the last few months of my stay there, yeah I would've changed. In the last year, I've questioned my friendship with a certain someone, and I've slowly found my answer. When a person doesn't show up to your roommate's suprise birthday celebration, and after making it clear what time to be there, because that person would rather play basketball with his friends and become the last person to show up, that starts to answer my question. When you do all you can for people, like saving them from unemployment and hooking them up with a job, and you don't get a thank you, that says a lot. When you carpool with others to work when your car goes down, and when you don't offer to drive the following week or don't offer to pay gas, sure that's gonna say something.
One word...selfish. I'm a very patient person, I've put up with a lot. But when you pile a bunch of bullshit on me, I'm gonna explode and become pissed. And when people become selfish, and rather think for themselves than others, that just adds to it.
I'm still pissed about the whole thing...but I'm slowly getting over it.
On to better things....
I've joined up a softball league with my friends in Cerritos. I've never played in a league before so it'll be fun. Bought a new glove and some batting gloves. Went to the cages a couple of times, practice the past two weekends. Now our first game is this Sunday. What sucks is that we have 20 people in our roster. So I dunno how we're gonna work that out. But what's cool is that it's co-ed, so that's gonna be a lot of fun.
I've also decided to rejoin hockey. With the return of the NHL, I've decided to lace them up again. My first game in two years will be this Wednesday at 10pm at the Anaheim Hockey Club. I bought brand new equipment, my jersey is on its way, and I'm ready to play. I went to slap the puck around at a park in Tustin. I got dressed up and everything. But I forgot something very important...the puck. So I just skated around the rink, trying to get the feel again. Its been the first time I skated in over a year. My only practice will be my warm up prior to the game. So I'll be ready, hehe.
Speaking of hockey, I had the chance to attend the Mighty Ducks meet and greet. Yeah I know, I stepped into enemy territory. But the only reason I went was to get my Sergei Fedorov Detroit Red Wings jersey signed. And plus it was free, thanks to my co worker, Jonathan. Click here for the pics.
Fedorov was really cool. He was able to sign my jersey and I was able to take a picture with him. He actually commented my camera, saying that it was cool and he had the exact same camera. I thought it was cool just meeting him. The rest of the time, I just went around and took pictures of players, like J.S. Giguere, Petr Sykora, the Niedermeyer brothers, and Teemu Selanne.
Life's full of ups and downs. But right now, everything's looking pretty positive.

Had a pretty nice weekend.
Friday, I went to the batting cages with Son, Don, and E-Man from work. Gotta prep up for the new softball season I'm joining in Cerritos. I bought new batting gloves, and got blisters on both of my thumbs. Its not too bad, they're almost healed up now. There were a few that I hit pretty hard. Hopefully that'll carry on to the season. I did better than I thought I would. But towards the end, I got tired and couldn't swing. I'm still pretty sore.
Yesterday, Karen and I went to the Kings/Ducks preseason game. Its been over a year since I last watched a live game. And what a way to start the season with free tix to a preseason opener. It was really fun. Karen wore here new Luc Robitaille jersey for the first time. It was a fight and penalty filled game. At one point the Ducks had a 9 minute powerplay that was unheard of. The score was 2-0 at the end of the 1st, but the Kings came back and scored 4 times to win 4-2. Alexander Frolov scored 2 goals, while newcomer Jeremy Roenick had 3 assists. We didn't see some other players like Mattias Norstrom, Luc Robitaille, and Valeri Bure in the game. I guess they wanted to rest some of the vets, and dress the rookies. Got to see Pavol Demitra and for the first time, Jeremy Roenick in a Kings jersey. I hope they do good. Click here for pictures!
Today, just watched football on T.V Also ran some errands, then packed up some stuff and moved in to our new place. Only a couple of more weeks left, but we'll be out pretty soon. I'm pretty excited, yet still pissed off. Oh well, change of scenery will be good, then I wouldn't have to come home with such a bad attitude anymore.

I bought new batting gloves, and got blisters on both of my thumbs. Its not too bad, they're almost healed up now. There were a few that I hit pretty hard. Hopefully that'll carry on to the season. I did better than I thought I would. But towards the end, I got tired and couldn't swing. I'm still pretty sore.
Yesterday, Karen and I went to the Kings/Ducks preseason game. Its been over a year since I last watched a live game. And what a way to start the season with free tix to a preseason opener. It was really fun. Karen wore here new Luc Robitaille jersey for the first time. It was a fight and penalty filled game. At one point the Ducks had a 9 minute powerplay that was unheard of. The score was 2-0 at the end of the 1st, but the Kings came back and scored 4 times to win 4-2. Alexander Frolov scored 2 goals, while newcomer Jeremy Roenick had 3 assists. We didn't see some other players like Mattias Norstrom, Luc Robitaille, and Valeri Bure in the game. I guess they wanted to rest some of the vets, and dress the rookies. Got to see Pavol Demitra and for the first time, Jeremy Roenick in a Kings jersey. I hope they do good. Click here for pictures!
Today, just watched football on T.V Also ran some errands, then packed up some stuff and moved in to our new place. Only a couple of more weeks left, but we'll be out pretty soon. I'm pretty excited, yet still pissed off. Oh well, change of scenery will be good, then I wouldn't have to come home with such a bad attitude anymore.

Today is the 4th anniversary of the September 11 attacks. Its crazy how its already been 4 years. I still remember that day clearly.
I remember being waken up by Rozanno's cell phone. I guess his mom was saying two bombs exploded in New York. This was still around 6 am, so I was still half asleep. I went back to sleep and woke up around 8 to get ready for work. When I went to go outside to put my shoes on, the news was on in the living room and I was just shocked what I was seeing.
I then left for work, heading north on Main Street in Irvine. It was pretty eerie, as there was no planes flying into John Wayne Airport that morning. Throughout the day at work, they kept televising the planes hitting the WTC. I don't think I was more stunned that day. What sucked was that all the buildings and offices around the Center were closed. After awhile, the Center's administration office also closed for the day. But for us Box Office employees, we had to stay open. I found it ridiculous that everyone went home for the day, but we had to stay open. I understand that we're open 24/7 365 days of the year. But in the wake of a disaster, we have to stay open? Sad but true.
Today, Karen and I watched the 9/11 documentary that we Netflix'd. I've already seen this when they televised it on the 6th month anniversary. Its basically about two French filmakers that were suppose to film a rookie fire fighter, becoming a man in New York. It turned out to be a documentary of the tragedy, which depicts video o the first plane hitting, as well as the two towers collapsing while firemen were inside. It's a pretty interesting, yet sad documentary. I recommend you watching it. It just gives a small taste of what the people in New York went through that day.
On that note, my thoughts and prayers go out to those families and victims lost on 9/11 as well as those involved with Hurricane Katrina more recently.

Happy 2 year Anniversary, Karen! Dinner was great!! I can't believe I finished a whole 10 oz Prime Rib. It was soooo good!! Hope to celebrate many more anniversaries with you!!

Watched the first episode of Lost today on DVD, followed by Crash. That movie is freakin awesome. Well written and well acted. It makes you think about life and what we face everyday. Sadly enough, its something that will take a long time to be fixed.
Also went to Ikea today. Saw some stuff I want to buy for our new apartment. I can't wait to move out. I can't wait where I can walk into an apartment where I can be laid back and free. Soon, I wont have to worry about fur sticking to my clothes since no one here cares to vacuum (a piece of equipment that is mine) the couches (that are mine also) from cats (not mine) laying down or their lazy asses all day. Nor do people here clean the dining table (mine) after eating, nor dust around the t.v./home theater system (mine as well).
Everyday, I'm getting more excited moving out from this place. I'm excited about living with my new roommates. They're a lot more responsible and take more initiative.
I've already heard them say 'Thanks, Joes' to me. Now that's a first.

Just got back from our Labor Day trip to Chicago. Probably the best trip ever! We did a lot, had a lot of pizza, watched Wicked, rode the El, went up top to Sears Tower, went to Millenium Park, Buckingham Fountain, the Signature Lounge up the Hancock Tower, a Chicago River/Lake Michigan Tour, and Wrigley Field.

Chicago is such a beautiful place, combined with both contemporary/modern buildings allong with old historic ones. Shopping and restaurants were down the street, with the subway station a few blocks away. I'd love to live here, though I'm not too sure if I can deal with the weather. We picked a perfect weekend to go, not too hot or humid. But I know its not always like that.
Wicked was a nice musical, although I was really tired Friday night. I only got 45 minutes of sleep and wasn't able to sleep on the plane. Southwest isn't that comfortable. I probably would've enjoyed it more if I wasn't too tired. But it was pretty good. However, it was overplayed at our hotel room by Karen and Kristine. Good thing I slept outside in the living room with Ryan and Jevon. Ana Gasteyer was really good. Ben Vereen played the Wizard as an understudy.
Honestly, its a good musical, but its getting really played out for me. Its a good musical, but its not the greatest.
Lots of fun and laughs. It was a great way to get away from California and all the shit that's been going on with me the past month or so. Now its back home for more bullshit the rest of the month.

Lately, I've been pretty excited about things that are coming up. Of course, one of them will be the Chicago trip. I've never been on an airplane heading past Las Vegas, though we did some traveling when I was very young when my dad served in the Navy. But I haven't been on an airplane vacation wise. I wouldn't necessariy count the 50 minute flight to Vegas, since its primary excuse is to avoid traffic on the 91 and 15. A little more than two weeks to go.
The other thing I'm excited about is the return of hockey, my beloved sport. After a full year cancelled due to an owners lockout, the game is back on the ice, with a whole new game. The new salary cap system has changed the economics of the game, and I'm excited about my Los Angeles Kings. We've resigned Luc Robitaille, traded for Jeremy Roenick, signed Pavol Demitra, resigned Alexander Frolov to a long term deal, and also signed Valeri Bure (that's right, Full House's Candace Cameron-Bure's husband.) We've lost Ziggy Palffy, but his lost doesn't take any excitement away from the game. I've already got my free pre-season tickets against the Ducks on September 17th. It'll be an exciting year.
The return to hockey has also prompted me to lace up the skates again. That's right, I've decided to return to league play roller hockey. I've rejoined some old teammates and we will be starting sometime in October at the Anaheim Hockey Club. I haven't played since 2002 at the old Gretzky Center in Irvine. So I've got a lot of conditioning and practicing to do. I also got to get new equipment and new skates. I'm probably gonna get new skates, new gloves, and a new bag. I've had my gloves for about 12 years so that needs to change. My current bag doesn't have a shoulder strap since it ripped off. My skates are currently uncomfortable. So I'm about to get these bad boys:
These are the Nike Quest Hi Ho Silver. Yeah the name is pretty funny, but its practially the best boot out there. Funny enough, these skates actually run pretty big, so I can actually fit the biggest junior size. What's even better, it's a lot cheaper than adult sizes. I couldn't believe it myself when I tried these on...that I can actually fit a junior size. I wear a fitted size 8 shoe. With this skate, I can fit a size 5.5. Adult price, $400. Junior size, $200. Not too shabby huh?? Most hockey skates usually run about 1 to 2 sizes smaller than your normal foot. I'm just suprised these Nike skates ran really big, almost 3 sizes smaller than your normal shoe size. What's best, they're Nike's! I hope to get these sometime in the next week or so.

Busy weekend. Worked on Saturday for our Broadway Seat Sale. It was pretty fun, although we didn't have Lawry's catering this year. Pizza will do just fine. Thanks Karen for ordering! Afterwards, I went to Friday's with Chels and Karen, and vented about stuff going on. Got home, and knocked out for 3 hours. I was exhausted in the end. Had dinner and watched Coach Carter, which I may say is a pretty good movie.
Sunday, went to the beach to hang out with some friends and had dinner with Karen's family to celebrate her brother's birthday. Afterwards, went to Walmart and did some small shopping.
Monday, I went to work for a few hours to do my reports. My numbers were off, but I just wanted to get the heck out of there. Stayed at work till about 11, then took the rest of the day off using my comp time from Saturday, and met up with Karen's family and relatives from Illinois at California Advernture. It was very hot, but we had a lot of fun. It was suprisingly empty at the park, even though there was traffic for parking. California Screamin was closed due to a previous accident a couple of weeks ago, but we still had fun. Rode Tower of Terror 3 times, Grizzly Bear Run twice, and rode Soarin over California. Didn't get to go into Disneyland, but I have a passport that can take me there anytime I want.
On a sad note, it was back to work for the rest of the week on Tuesday.
On an even sadder note, long time ABC journalist and anchorman Peter Jennings past away this week. If there was another person that was a part of my life ever since the beginning, besides my family, it would probably be him. I remember coming home from school and watching World News Tonight every weekday at 6:30 with parents every now and then. Whenever there were significant events occuring in the world, I would always turn to him. Even now, before he left the air in April, I would occasionally watch the news.
I don't think there's another person that can cover the news better than he did. He was simply the best. I watched a 2 hour special tribute today on him, and I was just overwhelmed the job he did and all that he covered. From the Challenger disaster to 9/11, he was the best. I didn't even know he was Canadian until he became an American citizen in 2003.
Karen summed it up best earlier today. She said, 'They always take the good ones.' And that's really true, and sometimes unfair. I know all this does sound cheesy, but the guy was just a classy person...someone who cannot be replaced.

5 more days till the Broadway Seat Sale at work.
Sorta reminds me of my old ASB days at Channel Islands. Coloring, not doing regular work/school work for a special activity. Though we didn't use any markers that would get you high, it still brought some memories. Hopefully, I can still help out. I'm no longer in the department but it gives me a chance to socialize with old co workers and friends.

I feel really happy I fixed Kristine's new computer/printer at her house. I know its not a big deal, but for me, it always feels good fixing something. It feels like I've accomplished something that can be complicated, even though its not a big thing. I'm just happy I can help someone out that way. I just wish I had a career doing just that...fix computers and make people happy.
But no, I'm stuck reporting numbers.

I'm in Oxnard this weekend. I wanted to get away from everything back at home in Irvine...the people, the weather, some drama, etc. Karen and I were going to stay here for one night, but the weather is so good here right now, we decided to stay another day. Luckily we brought extra clothes.
Its been really hot down in Orange County. Our bedroom feels like a sauna, even at night. Its been so hot, I've been having trouble sleeping. I'll have the fan on, and it wont help. Its been so bad, I've had to sleep in my boxers, which I rarely do. Its nice and cool here, maybe in the low 70's with a nice beach breeze during the day. Big change!
So that's one of the reason's why I decided to stay...the weather. If there's one thing I miss about living in Oxnard, its definitely the weather. Of course, my family is the main reason (and was my dog until she died this pass Thanksgiving. I still miss her), so its nice to come here now and then.
Before coming to Oxnard on Friday, Karen and I went to the Dodger game against the St. Louis Cardinals. We got comps and free parking when Karen went to the INTIX conference earlier this year. We got there pretty early, around 6 with the game time at 7:40 pm. When we got to our seats, the Cardinals were having their batting practice. It was a treat to see Albert Pujols hit the balls out during his practice. He hit one so far that it hit the top of the back wall of the Dodger's bull pen. The crowd even gave him cheers for doing so. We also had our first Super All Beef Dodger Dog. MMMM!!!!
I thought the Dodgers would get wupped on since St. Louis is probably one of the best teams in baseball right now. I'm glad I was wrong, the Dodgers won 7-5. Karen and I left after the 7th inning, didn't wanna stay in traffic getting out of Dodger Stadium. Its a bitch getting out there, and it would've been hell if I was fighting my way with 47,500 other fans.
It was fun, but I just wish Karen wasn't so sick right now. I could tell she was out of it. At times, I felt I'd be cheering by myself cuz she'd be so out of it. I can't blame here though, she's been like that for a few days this week. Poor baby!
Went to bed, with no problem since the weather is so nice. Woke up, had lunch, then went to the Camarillo Outlets. I must say, this would probably the first time I walked away with nothing in a long time. I was gonna grab a pair of jeans from Gap, but I figured I can get cheaper jeans for $30 somewhere. Plus, I have a weird feeling about buying jeans from an outlet. I've bought some before from there, and they ripped after a year of wearing them. So I walked away with nothing. I'm pretty excited, they're opening up an Aeropastle soon. Though I really like their clothes and their price, I'm thinking to myself, "how much cheaper can they get." Not that I'm complaining! They'd have crazy sales, like 2 shirts for $20 at their retail store. So are the shirts going to be 2 for $10 now?? We'll wait and see...I'll be back here for my mom's birthday in August and hopefully it'll be open by then.
After that, Karen and I went to Target then came home to have home cooked dinner awaiting for us. Karen wasn't feeling too good, so she knocked out early while the rest of my family sang karaoke. I just stayed upstairs and looked at some pictures on Karen's laptop with Incubus Alive at Red Rocks in the background.
My cuzins also told me I'm getting fat, which I don't mind. I've weighed the same for a long time. But I've gain some weight since the last time I've weighed myself (I'm at 150!!! I was 130 a year ago!) Its all the food I eat. I should cut down...but food is so good!! Damn carnitas! I'm eating too much of it! But its just oh so good!!
So now, its past 1 am, everyone is knocked out. I'm probably going to read a chapter or two with this book that Kristine told me to read. This is probably my first book I've read since college. The only other book I've bought in the last 3 years are Sole Provider (which is a book on Nike shoes - just looked at the pictures so far) and Frommer's guide to Chicago 2005 (gotta research for the big trip!) So far, the book (Me Talk Pretty One Day) is pretty funny. I'm actually laughing out loud when I read it. I wonder if I'm going to turn into some bookworm like all them Harry Potter freaks out there. (Not all of you are freaks, but damn there's a lot of you!) For now, we'll see how this develops.
Time to read a chapter, then go to sleep. Gotta take advantage of the weather before I feel the heat again in Orange County. Good night!

Karen and I left after the 7th inning, didn't wanna stay in traffic getting out of Dodger Stadium. Its a bitch getting out there, and it would've been hell if I was fighting my way with 47,500 other fans.
It was fun, but I just wish Karen wasn't so sick right now. I could tell she was out of it. At times, I felt I'd be cheering by myself cuz she'd be so out of it. I can't blame here though, she's been like that for a few days this week. Poor baby!
Went to bed, with no problem since the weather is so nice. Woke up, had lunch, then went to the Camarillo Outlets. I must say, this would probably the first time I walked away with nothing in a long time. I was gonna grab a pair of jeans from Gap, but I figured I can get cheaper jeans for $30 somewhere. Plus, I have a weird feeling about buying jeans from an outlet. I've bought some before from there, and they ripped after a year of wearing them. So I walked away with nothing. I'm pretty excited, they're opening up an Aeropastle soon. Though I really like their clothes and their price, I'm thinking to myself, "how much cheaper can they get." Not that I'm complaining! They'd have crazy sales, like 2 shirts for $20 at their retail store. So are the shirts going to be 2 for $10 now?? We'll wait and see...I'll be back here for my mom's birthday in August and hopefully it'll be open by then.
After that, Karen and I went to Target then came home to have home cooked dinner awaiting for us. Karen wasn't feeling too good, so she knocked out early while the rest of my family sang karaoke. I just stayed upstairs and looked at some pictures on Karen's laptop with Incubus Alive at Red Rocks in the background.
My cuzins also told me I'm getting fat, which I don't mind. I've weighed the same for a long time. But I've gain some weight since the last time I've weighed myself (I'm at 150!!! I was 130 a year ago!) Its all the food I eat. I should cut down...but food is so good!! Damn carnitas! I'm eating too much of it! But its just oh so good!!
So now, its past 1 am, everyone is knocked out. I'm probably going to read a chapter or two with this book that Kristine told me to read. This is probably my first book I've read since college. The only other book I've bought in the last 3 years are Sole Provider (which is a book on Nike shoes - just looked at the pictures so far) and Frommer's guide to Chicago 2005 (gotta research for the big trip!) So far, the book (Me Talk Pretty One Day) is pretty funny. I'm actually laughing out loud when I read it. I wonder if I'm going to turn into some bookworm like all them Harry Potter freaks out there. (Not all of you are freaks, but damn there's a lot of you!) For now, we'll see how this develops.
Time to read a chapter, then go to sleep. Gotta take advantage of the weather before I feel the heat again in Orange County. Good night!

Another nice weekend...
Friday, work was pretty cake. My manager was off so it was just me at my end of the department. Very quiet, yet still got my work done.
Later that night, we had a black out in our neighborhood. It was pretty freaky cuz before it happened, I ran upstairs to get Karen's laptop and once I flipped on the light switch on, the power went out. So, I might be blamed for the outage, using that last bit of energy before it happened. It was a little fun actually. Sorta remind me how it was when I visited the Philippines...hot, humid weather, pitch black everywhere. We just lit some candles in the living room and upstairs. Karen was sleepin on the couch, Bert read his Harry Potter book., and Jean and I played Pusoy Dos. We were blacked out for about 45 minutes until the power came back. But it only lasted for 20 minutes then we were blacked out again for another 30 minutes. We all resumed our blackout activities. Jean beat me five in a row at Dos. I know she cheats, freakin cheater! j/k!
Saturday, Karen and I decided to double feature BeWitched and Mr. and Mrs. Smith. She wanted to watch those two and we had a couple of movie passes, so we used one for BeWitched then snuck in to Mr. and Mrs. Smith. I liked both movies. Will Farrell was hilarious and Nicole Kidman was cute. Mr. and Mrs. Smith was entertaining, yet there were parts that were too good to be true. It's still pretty good. Angelina Jolie is so hot in that movie. Then we had dinner at Fridays. Sucked cuz I left my leftovers there. Oh well, so all I pretty much paid for was the one ticket and dinner for a night of fun with Karen. Not too shabby.
Also got to witness the preview for Rent. Blah!! I'll admit, it does look pretty good as the story looks like it'll be portrayed better, and it has most of the original cast. But I'm not gonna watch it in the movie theaters. I can't stand being around Rent heads. They make me wanna kill them...slice their throats and blast them with a shotgun. So instead of taking the risk of being on death row, I'll wait till it comes out on dvd. or just not watch it all so I dont waste my time on it. Again, I'd rather watch porn.
Today, Karen and I met up with Jevon, Jovan, Cicely, Jay, John2, Ivy, Lou, and Belle at the Block to watch Wedding Crashers. Again, we had passes so it was free. I must say, a freakin hilarious movie! I was laughing at parts so hard, it hurt!! I'd probably watch it again. Then we all went to Fridays (Except for Jovan and Jevon) and had dinner.

Man, its warm and humid. Feels like I'm in Hawaii...just without the beach, the sand, the waves, the hula girls, etc. etc.

I think I'm one of the few people that doesn't have one of those. Its not like I really want one tho. I have my 1 Gb IRiver which is just fine. I think its more like my 'Incubus' player than my mp3 player if anything.
Nothing new and exciting. Just waiting for my trip to Chicago to arrive. I finally gave in and got tickets to Wicked. I'm getting a lil more excited now because few have seen it yet its the hottest ticket in the country. It probably wont hit me until later. I'm more excited about the trip itself if anything. I get to hang out with almost 20 of my friends in another city besides Las Vegas and Orange County.
I've been doing some research also. Looking at what places to hit and on what day, researching the best way to get to our hotel when we land, what restaurants to eat at. Its pretty exciting.

Luckily, I was able to recover once I noticed the intensities of all lights were going to 0% at a fast rate. Its all good tho. Wasn't my fault.

I gave in...I got my ticket for Wicked in Chicago. I don't really wanna watch the show cuz I hear it left and right wherever I go. But I guess I'm going for the experience. I'll eventually like it though, since I heard its really good. It shouldn't be that bad. Not compared to Rent or Mamma Mia.
I hate those musicals, especially Rent. Its such an overrated fucked up musical. I had to deal with all these stupid lil Rent-heads at work, asking for freakin front row ticket when it was here. Stupid idiots would camp out all night just to get the rush tickets later that day. You people don't have a life. I don't see the point in that stupid musical. I watched it twice, and hated every single moment of it. The first time I watched, I sat behind these two bitches that would look at each other and start singing to each other. 'Da fuck dude? The 2nd time, everyone gave it a standing ovation, but I sat in my seat. The musical's fuckin dumb. At the end the gay bitch is about to die of AIDS, then out of nowhere she's all fine and dandy, and they start singing and dancing? Who wrote this shit?? I heard the movie is coming out later this year, with the original cast. Will I go see it?? Probably fucking not. I'd rather stay home and watch porn than pay $10 to sit with other stupid Rent-heads singing their stupid asses off. I can probably plant a bomb in every theater in the country and kill every Rent-head out there.
Mamma Mia, I just hate it cuz I hate ABBA. Plus, where's the creativity behind that?? Creating a musical using music from an old band? Be, original you Broadway bitches. Write your own music.
So what's my favorite musical?? Les Miz! Lion King is up there, creativity-wise. Nice sets, well-done lighting design, and outstanding costumes. But the music/story is dumb. Its Simba's fault for killing his dad. If he wasn't so freakin stupid and mischeivous, Mufasa would've been alive. I'm sure I'd probably love Spamalot once it tours. Wicked...it could be up there. But fuck Rent!
Speaking of musicals, I checked out Movin' Out at my work. It was actually pretty good. The band was cool and the dancing was great. Some cheesy parts, but what musical doesn't have cheesy parts?? At least its not that fucked up musical Rent.

Apparently, the Cerritos mall is a dangerous place to be.
No, not like getting hit up by anyone, but cuz of the stores and they're freaking sales! That mall is a dream come true, yet an evil place! I spent another $100 shopping in just an hour there this past weekend. Oh well, lucky I got a bonus and a raise!
Had a nice 4th of July weekend. Other than shopping, spent the weekend cleaning the house. I mean CLEANING. The place looks nice, did some furniture rearranging, threw away some old junk, cleaned the kitchen, fridge, bathroom, back porch, etc. Hasn't felt this clean in a long time. Good job roommates!
We also had a bbq with some friends and watched the fireworks out the door. Pretty busy and tiring all day but it was fun. Thanks for coming over everyone!
Next 3 day holiday weekend...Labor Day in CHICAGO!!!!

Today turned out to be a stressing day.
Everything was smooth at work. I was working on the Advertising Settlement for Movin Out which is playing at my work right now. Everything was cool until I found out I double paid an invoice to one of our printing companies. Its no big deal, I can fix it. Its just the hassle of calling them up and fixing the situation. So I went to lunch, had some sushi, then came back all tired. And the first thing my manager tells me is that the settlement must be due tomorrow. Kinda stressed me out a little bit, I can get it done, its no big deal, but it just added to the little stress I already had with the double paid invoice. So I guess I have to do everything tomorrow.
Then I had to leave work early for my dentist appointment which was suppose to be at 4:30. I left at 4:05 thinking it only takes 15 minutes to get there from Costa Mesa, just take Red Hill all the way up. Little did I know that there was many people taking side streets that time of the day! Literally, I was at the corner of McArthur and Red Hill at 4:30!! Thats just around the corner from my work pretty much! After that it was just down hill on Red Hill. I hit every freakin red light on that street. I'd be the last car of the pack, the light would turn green, and by the time I actually get near the intersection, it would turn red. What the fuck?? It got so bad, I went around on Jamboree in Irvine, where it was a little faster but I had to go all the way around. Still, I hit every red light that existed in the city of Tustin.
I didn't get near the dentist till about 4:45. At that time, I had enough of the traffic and just wanted to go home already. So, Karen rescheduled the appointment for me for next Wednesday. Next time I'll take the freeway. Freakin Red Hill.

I think I had one the dullest weekends in a while...
Friday didn't do much. I waited for a phone call from a certain someone for dinner, but it didn't happen. So I just died of boredom at home by myself while Karen was out watching Wicked at the Pantages.
Saturday, I went to the dentist for the first time in a long time. My teeth were fugly. But now they're cool. I have to go back to get some fillings on a couple of cavities. I think only 2 or 3, which isn't bad considering I haven't been to the dentist in two or three years. I don't eat a lot of junk food, so thats a good thing. Picked up Chels and Karen at work, and filled my clean teeth with food from Macaroni Grill. Then later at night, I got pretty faded at a housewarming party. I haven't drank that much in a while (7 beers). Not bad, cuz I didn't eat a big meal either. But it was a lot of fun. I thought I was gonna be hung over on Sunday, but I felt fine, just drank a bunch of Gatorade before I knocked out.
Sunday, did nothing excited again. I was watching the food network and had a craving of pork chops. So I made some Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops, courtesy of Giada De Laurentis, and some Egg Drop Soup, courtesy of Lina Diche (my mom). Good stuff...here's how to make the pork chops (sorry the Egg Drop soup needs to be kept a secret):
Some pork loin chops (4 or 6 of them)
Olive Oil (about 4-6 tablespoons)
Salt and Pepper
2 eggs
Italian Style Breadcrumbs
Some grated Parmesan Cheese
Alright, first season the pork chops with a little salt and pepper. Heat up a skillet with the olive oil. Beat two egs inside a flat bowl (big enough to dunk the chops into) Pour some of them breadcrumbs in another flat bowl and the parmesan cheese in another flat bowl. Dunk the seasoned chops first, in the cheese and cover it all over. Then dip it in the eggs, then the breadcrumbs, then fry them bad boys. Fry em for about 6 minutes (depending on the thickness of the chops-these are for a medium sized cut, about 1/2 an inch cut) on both sides. Serve with a squeeze of lemon, ketchup, or my favorite - Mang Tomas roast sauce. Or just eat the chops by themselves, up to you.
Quick and easy. If any of you read this, let me know how it turns out.

The C.A.R.E. program is suppose to help improve cuz managers care about the success of their department and their fellow employees who are part of it.
To me, I think it more stands for "We just dont' give a fuck?"

It aint my business cuz I'm not part of that department anymore. And honestly I have no regrets not being in the department. But I have a lot of friends still there. And to know that rules make them mad, makes me mad as well.
I gave my hard four years of work in that department, but didn't get rewarded. So I moved on to another place that wanted me. And they liked me so much, I got a promotion in a matter of months.
At the other place, I got two raises in four years...an increase of 2 bucks.
Total!

So if they are suppose to 'care,' then where's the reward?

Had a nice Father's Day weekend.
Didn't do much Friday but upgrade my computer and build my parents computer. I'm running an Athlon 64 3000+ (previously an Athlon XP 2200+).
Saturday, did the same thing, until I went shopping at Cerritos with Karen. I went to check out the Jordan Dub Zero's and picked them up at Finshline, even tho that fuckin Korean bitch at the store didn't help my ass out. Shit, I asked for help and she went to hug her fuckin Ipod wearing bitches while another co-worker and I were asking for help. I was tempted to leave and try another store, but I was already there.
Another bad thing about Cerritos mall...they have an Aeropastle store. So I spent another $40 on clothes there. The signs were calling my name....2 for $20 screen shirts, $17 buttoned shirts. Now I'm broke till next paycheck.
So I spent over $200 in shopping in less than an hour. That's the most for me in awhile!
Sunday, I rolled up to see my pops in Oxnard for Father's Day. I thought we were gonna eat lunch and I was gonna pay for his lunch since I didn't get him anything, but all he wanted was to stay at home and enjoy my mom's cooking. Shoot, I'd do the same too. I'd pick my mom's cooking over restaurant food any day!
My dad broke our indoor basketball hoop. So I'll go out and buy one for him for Father's Day.

Didn't do much Friday but upgrade my computer and build my parents computer. I'm running an Athlon 64 3000+ (previously an Athlon XP 2200+).
Saturday, did the same thing, until I went shopping at Cerritos with Karen. I went to check out the Jordan Dub Zero's and picked them up at Finshline, even tho that fuckin Korean bitch at the store didn't help my ass out. Shit, I asked for help and she went to hug her fuckin Ipod wearing bitches while another co-worker and I were asking for help. I was tempted to leave and try another store, but I was already there.
Another bad thing about Cerritos mall...they have an Aeropastle store. So I spent another $40 on clothes there. The signs were calling my name....2 for $20 screen shirts, $17 buttoned shirts. Now I'm broke till next paycheck.
So I spent over $200 in shopping in less than an hour. That's the most for me in awhile!
Sunday, I rolled up to see my pops in Oxnard for Father's Day. I thought we were gonna eat lunch and I was gonna pay for his lunch since I didn't get him anything, but all he wanted was to stay at home and enjoy my mom's cooking. Shoot, I'd do the same too. I'd pick my mom's cooking over restaurant food any day!
My dad broke our indoor basketball hoop. So I'll go out and buy one for him for Father's Day.

Did you feel the earthquake??
That's three earthquakes this week. I felt the one on Sunday morning, but just went back to sleep. There was the other one in the Pacific Ocean that caused a tsunami alert. Then, there was one today at work. I was just at the Box Office talking to the manager for Alanis tickets and it struck. Nothing to be excited about, but just suprised. I was more laughing at the Midwestern ladies that freaked out.
Watched Batman Begins with Karen after work. Its so much better than the other Batman movies. I give it a 10 out of 10. So far, the best movie this summer. I still haven't watched Star Wars Episode Three (still have to watch the 2nd one since the 1st one was so awful.) We'll see if that'll happen.
Damn, there's a sale at Robinson's May! $25 for Reaction shirts. crap! Freakin Disney had to screw me over this week, cuz my annual pass was due.

Had a nice weekend...
Friday...went to Goldilock's with Karen to meet up with some of her friends for dinner. Then went to Best Buy and got some computer parts (a new video card and a new 19" LCD monitor). It's nice to have a friend that works at Best Buy!
Saturday...went to Oxnard with Ryan for Andrew Halog's graduation party. Ate a lot of food and had some Corona's. Then, we went shopping at the Camrillo Outlets. Picked up a pair of Banana Republic khaki's for only $7! Normally, $50, but it was on the clearance rack for $10, plus all men's clothing was 30% off. Best deal! Didn't buy anything else, tho. I have to renew my Disney Annual Passport this week. Boo! Afterwards, had dinner with my parents then met up with Ram and some people at a bar and drank a lil before going back to Irvine.
Sunday...watched the Dodgers beat the Twins on T.V. Hee-Seop Choi hit 3 homeruns in just 4 pitches. That was cool. Then installed my video card and configured it. It looks beautiful! Then, John John gave me call and we all met up at Hooters for dinner and watch the Spurs crush the Pistons. I had 16 wings...not too shabby!
Time for another 5 days of work. Using the line from the Holy Grail and Kristine..."I fart in that direction!"

Had a nice Memorial Day weekend. Didn't do much but it was very relaxing.
Friday night, I watched Minnie Driver perform at work with Karen and Kristine. Got her to sign my ticket stub after the show. She's actually a pretty good singer. Not the best, but pretty good elevator music or just something to chill and have a glass of wine with. It was pretty trippy cuz the lady that sat at our table was from Oxnard. She lives near Riveridge. Small world. There was also some lady with huge knockers that sat to the table next to us and her entire right half of her bra was showing for a few seconds. I'm sure it wasn't peeping out too long cuz she might've felt a draft or something. Or maybe its just guys that experience that. Anyways...
Saturday, just went to Carson for Chris and Doris's baby shower on Saturday. It was nice chillin with some of his old coworkers and drinking beer.
Sunday, Karen and I Netflix'd Team America. It was pretty creative and funny. The sex scene was hilarious!
Today, Karen and I watched the Food Network for most of the afternoon..."Boy Meets Grill with Bobby Flay." Man, I was getting so hungry with the stuff he was cooking. It was so good that I jumped on the internet and printed some of his recipes out. BBQ shortribs will be my next experiment on the grill.
For lunch, we had some barbequed beer brats. Turned out okay, did it the Danger Dog way with bacon around it and grilled onions. We had it for dinner as well. I think I'm good on brats for a while.
Also checked out Madagascar at the theaters today. It was pretty funny. Not Pixar Animation funny (like Finding Nemo), but funny enough. The penguins were really cool. There were a bunch of little kids at the theater. What do you expect, it was a matinee. We sat behind this group of 6 kids, prolly 10 or 11 year olds. All girls, except one which was a brother of one of the girls. He was pretty violent with her sister. He'd ask for his money and she would ignore him. Then, he strangled her or put her in a headlock for a bit. I was a little shocked, but I haven't seen a live fight in a while so I wanted to see how it would progress. Nothing happened tho but it was a bit entertaining.
My stomach hurts. I think I might have to attend doodies soon. Too much brats for the day. Doesn't it suck when you have to right after you take a shower? Or worse, while you're in the shower??

Today, I went to Dodger Stadium to watch the Los Angeles Dodgers beat the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim 6-2. It was freakin hot in L.A. According to Lou's thermometer in his truck, it was 94 degrees. My ass was burning once I sat down. Good thing I didn't wear my thong. Yeah right!
It sucked cuz I didn't get any shade in my seats till about the 7th inning or so. We had 3 rows of 10 reserved for our party. I would've had the first row to get shade, but I let Terry and Harold sit in my seat and the empty seat next to mine, while I moved to an empty seat in front of me next to Belle. Then later, I took a smoke break with Ryan and Jevon. I came back and my seat was taken again, so I had to move another row down. By that time, I would've had shade again but didn't. Oh well its cool. We won! and had fun! Felt bad for Ryan, he was wearing his Angels jersey and got playfully heckled by some fans on the way out. No harm tho, just for fun.
The whole Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim just doesn't make sense to me. They should just go back to being the Anaheim Angels. They're stadium is in Anaheim and they're not even in the Los Angeles county. Plus their name just sounds ridiculous. Two cities as part of their name?? Unheard of. I know its all about having the name "Los Angeles" as a way to market the team and make money, but in reality, the team isn't even in Los Angeles. Plus if you translate their name from Spanish to English, their team would be called The Angels Angels of Anaheim. Now, if they drop the whole Anaheim part, they would be called The Angels Angels, which even sounds more dumb!

Stupid Bill Cosby reps.
Bill Cosby is coming to my work for two shows on June 18th. I love Bill Cosby, but his damn reps are idiots! Every morning I have to send ticket sales numbers to them. One of them includes group pending numbers. Basically they're seats that are sold at a group discount rate. They haven't been seated or completed. They're just on hold in their group account until the payment and order is complete. That number will always change, whether its a cancelled group order, if an order is paid and completed, or if a new group requests a new order. But the fuckers at the Cosby Camp can't figure this out!
Dude, I dunno why that can't figure it out! That number will change, whether it goes up or down. And they had a problem the other day cuz it went down. I got abrupt emails from their rep saying that these numbers are off and its impossible. But shit, if you don't know what PENDING means, get off the crack your smoking and look it up!
So they keep trying to get a hold of me, the Box office supervisor, and the head of ticketing. They requested me to fax the audit report to them. So I did. Then they call head of ticketing and they don't know how to read a damn report!
What does capacity mean?? It means maximum seating and sales amount right??
Shit! There's a catagory that says capacity, and they ask "is that the total number of seats we've sold?"

Bill Cosby is coming to my work for two shows on June 18th. I love Bill Cosby, but his damn reps are idiots! Every morning I have to send ticket sales numbers to them. One of them includes group pending numbers. Basically they're seats that are sold at a group discount rate. They haven't been seated or completed. They're just on hold in their group account until the payment and order is complete. That number will always change, whether its a cancelled group order, if an order is paid and completed, or if a new group requests a new order. But the fuckers at the Cosby Camp can't figure this out!
Dude, I dunno why that can't figure it out! That number will change, whether it goes up or down. And they had a problem the other day cuz it went down. I got abrupt emails from their rep saying that these numbers are off and its impossible. But shit, if you don't know what PENDING means, get off the crack your smoking and look it up!
So they keep trying to get a hold of me, the Box office supervisor, and the head of ticketing. They requested me to fax the audit report to them. So I did. Then they call head of ticketing and they don't know how to read a damn report!
What does capacity mean?? It means maximum seating and sales amount right??
Shit! There's a catagory that says capacity, and they ask "is that the total number of seats we've sold?"
"No you freakin idiot!" It means the maximum possible seats and amount the show can sell!
It kinda makes me wonder how fuckin stupid do you have to be to work for Bill Cosby. Is it really stupid? Or really fucking stupid? I prefer the second.
So today, I fax over the audit and emailed the detailed report I even created.
Now, no phone calls, no harsh emails.
Maybe they stopped smoking crack finally.

Its been pretty busy the last week or so.
We suprised birthday gathering at BJ's which Chelsea and I helped organize for Karen. I stalled by taking her to watch Kindom of Heaven, then brought her over for her little party. Pretty big turnout I must say. Although I was very disappointed with one turn of event (one which in a way I'm not suprised of), it was a great night for Karen (and Kristine, tee hee hee!). Happy Birthday!!
Friday, John John, Keno, Karen and I took off for Vegas after work. I had a blast. We just kicked it at the Centrifuge lounge at the MGM and had some drinks. Saturday, met up with the other group, went shopping at the outlets (got me some shirts to match my Dunks and Jordan IV's, and also bought a new Michigan hat), and ate at the Aladdin Buffet. Crab Legs! mmmm....!
Later that night, we went to this new club called Pure at Caesar's. Very nice place. All covered in white, with lavendar lighting. It has a beautiful terrace outside where u can see the entire strip. Got pretty faded that night, however it wasn't bad at all. There was a bad turn of event that occured but not bad enough to ruin the trip. Happy Birthday to John John and Karen!!
The next day, we just had lunch with Sherwin and Bigs before they took off for their flight back to the Bay. After that, walked around Caesar's and saw baseball legend Pete Rose and Paul Pierce of the Boston Celtics. Kinda felt bad for Mr. Rose. He was signing autographs outside some sports store, but no one was there really. I guess his image has been somewhat tarnished from the gambling accusations. Oh well, not a bad trip.
I still have my Vegas jetlag, but thats normal. I'm ready for a long nap. Next trip planned...CHICAGO!!
