Freakin crap!

Anxious to see Greg Maddux's debut as a Dodger, I turned on the T.V. at home to find out there was a rain delay at the start of the game, which turned out to be no rain.

So, I'm watching the entire game on T.V. and the guy is throwing a no-hitter....

Until the bottom of the 7th inning, where actual rain forces a delay in the game for about 45 minutes or so.

So now, they're about to re-start the game but they're taking Maddux out.

Dude! If this game started on time without a rain delay in the beginning, who knows...the game could've been over and Maddux would've probably pitched a no-hitter!

Boo on rain-delays! Boo on the decision to take Maddux out for Joe Biemel!

Oh well, go Dodgers!

He might not have been good to go anymore at that point...

It's like he pitched 6 innings and sat for a while and then tried to restart again...probably too tough.

Yeah, but there was no rain delay to start the game. The umps just called it cuz there was lighting in the background. So if they started on time, then who knows, he could've gone all the way and gotten the no-no.

Regardless, 6 wins in a row!
